INVESTMENT VISAS- EB-5
Foreign nationals who wish to obtain permanent residency (green card) in the U.S. can invest money in the U.S. and apply for an EB-5 visa. Investor, investor’s spouse and the investor’s single under 21 children can obtain green cards via a EB-5 visa. - Invest $500,000.00 in a regional center. Regional centers are special investments in specific areas that are approved by the U.S. immigration agency, USCIS. By investing in a regional center you will create 10 indirectly created jobs and help the U.S. economy.
- Invest $500,000.00 in any business that directly employs 10 people in an economically depressed area or in a farm with 10 employees.
- Invest $1,000,000.00 in any business that directly employs 10 people and the business can be located anywhere in the U.S.
A majority of immigrant investors (90%) prefer to invest and obtain green card via regional centers to obtain a U.S. permanent green card because it presents a much simpler, less expensive and expedited process. The EB-5 visa program offers several advantages, including the following:
